Outdoors
The villa is adorned with a large and well-maintained garden full of flowers and olive trees. A broad alfresco terrace with green lawn becomes a natural playground for children and a calm spot for morning yoga or a low-key celebration. The main feature of Olivania is the large private pool, with plush loungers set for easy, sun-soaked hours. In the evening, grab an aperitif from the pool bar and unwind in the upper-level jacuzzi while a private chef (on request) prepares an authentic Mediterranean dinner to enjoy at the outdoor dining area. And for family nights in, the outdoor cinema sets the scene.
Indoors
Olivania consists of three units and has 500 sq m of tastefully decorated living areas—plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Its design combines modern aesthetics with a touch of traditional charm, and the large floor-to-ceiling doors bring in natural light, creating a bright, inviting ambience. The villa offers an array of accommodation options, from spacious master suites to cozy bedrooms to suit different preferences. It features nine meticulously furnished double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, deluxe amenities, and hypoallergenic bedding for a good rest. For well-being, a private sauna helps you reset after a day exploring the island.

Olivania’s idyllic location offers easy access to many captivating beaches and the lively town of Chania. Stroll the Old Town and Harbor to see Venetian, Ottoman and Cretan influences layered together, then return to the villa for a quiet evening. For dinner, there are many seaside restaurants and local taverns to try traditional recipes and fresh seafood, or stay in and book a private chef to cook just for you.
