Mabel is a private Crete estate near Almyrida, surrounded by landscaped gardens and natural forest yet only a short drive from the beach. Part of our Signature Portfolio, the villa hosts up to 13 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults, across five bedrooms. Three private pools, generous outdoor living, sports facilities, and dedicated entertainment spaces create a stay that feels both secluded and exceptionally complete.

Outdoors

Outdoor life unfolds around the villa’s three pools, led by the expansive main swimming pool with its sun loungers, cabanas, and sunken pool bar. A separate kids’ pool and a jacuzzi pool create different corners for families and quieter moments. Elsewhere, children can enjoy the playground or explore the private forest trail, while a tennis court brings a more active side to the stay. Add the outdoor kitchen, BBQ, shaded dining, and open-air cinema, and there is little reason to rush indoors.

Indoors

Inside, contemporary design is softened by warm details and generous living spaces made for both gathering and unwinding. Four adult bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, while a dedicated children’s bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families. On the lower level, a private indoor cinema, billiards and games room add another layer of entertainment, alongside a king bedroom opening onto its own patio with a freestanding bathtub.
