What to pack for your September vacation in Greece

Sunday, 08 August 2021

A September vacation in Greece is the best decision you can make! The weather is ideal, not blazing hot yet temperature rather high, all the restaurants and bars are still open, and what’s even better is that the popular destinations are not too crowded, so you can rest assured that no one will photobomb your Instagram photos!

If you are already getting your bags ready, you might want to pay attention to this blog to make sure you haven’t forgotten any of the essentials for your traveling to Greece.

FOR THE BEACH

Swimsuits: You will need at least 2-3 bikinis, as most of your days you will be by the pool or at the beach. Make sure to pack your favorite pieces, as the Aegean Sea is the perfect background for photos!

Beachwear: Shorts, T-shirts, kimonos, tunics, or whatever beachwear you feel comfortable in. Just make sure to be airy and colorful!

Flip flops: A pair of flip flops should not be missing from your luggage. Also, you might bring along a pair of sneakers as some beaches are a bit difficult to access with rocky paths but definitely worth a visit!

Hat & sunglasses: Must accessories that not only elevates your style but also protects you from the sun!

EVERYDAY CLOTHING

T-shirts: Simple and light to carry, a bunch of T-shirts is the best option for your vacation in Greece. Cropped-top, one-shoulder, V-necks, or sleeveless, anything will do as long as you wear it with a smile!

Dresses: For the ladies, some casual dresses for your afternoon walk around the island. Also, pack a couple of formal or maxi dresses for your cocktail night out.

Trousers & shorts: High-waisted shorts, culottes, and wide-leg pants should be on top of your list! Also, jeans are the safest option as they are always in fashion and go well with everything for a casual classy style.

Sandals: Don’t forget to bring with you a pair of flat sandals, ideal for both day and night. If you don’t currently have one, no worries because you can always buy leather Greek sandals from the local shops. High heels might be tricky to walk around the pebble-stoned streets on the Cyclades, so it is better to choose platforms.

Pashminas: At night it might get a bit chilly, especially by the sea, so you better have 1-2 pashminas with you that might be handy.

Accessories: Last but not least, on top of being stylish, an accessory is perfect throughout the day, but keep it simple! Just a pair of earrings or a watch will do.

Now you are all set and ready to go! All that is left is to book your luxury villa and experience an unforgettable Greek vacation.
