This year saw record numbers of visitors to Greece and all the islands enjoyed a great summer season. So, we thought we’d check in with our team and ask them to give us the gossip from our 4 popular islands. Let us see what they have to say …

Paros | Amanda

‘Paros was amazing this summer, we had high-profile and VIP guests visit the island, and everyone had a really good time. The island can be quite busy in July and August, but the buzz is such fun, it is a true summer holiday island, so many lovely beaches to choose from, and at night having dinner at the fishing marina in Naoussa, then going to bar for a cocktail, the best!’

Crete | Ermioni

‘We have many repeater guests going to Crete, because this special island has so much to offer. Really the list of what to do and where to go is endless, there are beaches, mountains, gorges, ancient historical sites and museums, monuments, olive and orange groves ... All our villas are in great locations, and it is fun working with our guests to plan their vacation, with so many choices we love to make bespoke itineraries. This season was busier than last year, in fact with more lovely villas on Crete joining our collection, we think Crete is one to watch for 2023.’

Mykonos | Ioanna

‘People have misconceptions about Mykonos, sure it is a party island, but it also has much more to offer than just hedonism, the island has top-class services and exclusive luxury if you know the island, and BVs really does! This season we had some special VIP guests in our amazing villas, our team here is expert in designing itineraries and personalized vacation plans. We hosted birthday parties, wedding events, friends, and family reunions, even honeymoons, it was all super and next year looks set to be even bigger and better.’

Santorini | Eugenia

‘This special island never fails to charm, delight, and WOW us! Who wouldn’t have the most romantic honeymoon in a fabulous cave house villa with a gorgeous view of the volcano? Waking up and seeing the sky become light with the rays of the morning sun across the caldera lagoon, going to the black beach, eating dinner at a sunset view restaurant in Oia, then going back to your villa to watch the moon rise above the water and light the volcano and the islets in a silvery light. It is just so special. All our guests this season, as usual, were more than happy, and as usual, Santorini meets and exceeds everyone’s expectations.’
