This private compound is made up of two villas and an independent guest house, ideal for extended families and friends who want to stay together while enjoying space and privacy. Hermitage takes pride in its peaceful location, with nearby hidden coves and an idyllic beach setting. Settle in, slow down, and enjoy easy time with the people you came with.
Outdoors
Gardens sculpted by renowned French landscape architect Philippe Niez, a pristine outdoor pool, and completely uninterrupted, frontline sea views—Hermitage Retreat’s exterior is defined by clean design and open horizons. Spend the day on sunbeds by the pool, dine in one of the shaded outdoor areas, and take the grilling game to the next level at the Retreat’s stone BBQ. As evening falls, pour a cocktail and take in the sunset from the terrace, with the Aegean stretching out in front of
you.
Indoors
The interiors of this luxury resort are the definition of sophisticated simplicity. Minimalistic white furnishings, multicolored ethnic rugs, and vivid paintings on the walls create a relaxed boho-chic environment. When it’s time to retreat from the shared spaces, Hermitage Retreat can host up to 19 guests across a total of nine fully equipped bedrooms. Guests can settle into the first villa’s four en-suite bedrooms, while the second villa offers four additional bedrooms, and the independent guest house provides one more bedroom for two—ideal for extra privacy. Unwind and make yourself at home, with spaces designed for togetherness and quiet corners alike.
Good to know
The villa is very close to famous Soros Beach, where you can enjoy a swim or lunch and drinks at the all-day bar restaurant. Sostis is the nearest famous beach to the villa, only a few minutes by car. Note that the water is crystal clear; however, it is unorganised and is favoured by nudists. Don’t forget to go on a daily boat excursion to Despotiko, a small islet across the water with crystal-clear seas and a sense of untouched beauty.
