The concept: Blue on White

Boheme looks straight to the blue from Agios Georgios in Antiparos and mixes Cycladic geometry with barefoot ease. Eight ensuite bedrooms sleep sixteen guests with capacity for three more children, and nearly every room opens to terraces and horizon. The house reads boho chic in texture and tone, the mood is simple, bright, and low-stress, and the view does most of the talking. Heated infinity pools and the short walk to the nearby beach set a steady island rhythm from the first morning here.

Outdoors

Terraces spill outside Boheme, where water, shade, and the scent of the sea dominate the setting. Two heated infinity pools sit where the light is kind throughout the day, with umbrellas and loungers placed to follow the breeze and a shallow end that keeps little swimmers safe. The pool bar becomes the handover between afternoon and evening as the BBQ grill takes over and conversation slows. Garden planting ties the house to the hillside, and an outdoor shower sits there to lift the last of the salt and sand away.

Indoors

Boheme’s indoor spaces stay light and easy to use. Two kitchens make it simple to split tasks or bring in a chef, living areas keep the view in sight, and bedrooms hold their own bathrooms and A/C for a consistent level of comfort. When helpful, adjacent rooms connect to create a family setup that keeps everyone close without losing privacy. A private gym room and outdoor gym equipment are also on hand for a quick morning session while the coffee brews.

Good to know

Morning swims quickly become a habit here, since the beach lies just a few steps away. When you want a wider bay and a longer lunch, drive to Soros, then loop to Antiparos cave and finish with an easy stroll through the Town. Groceries and the port are a 15-minute drive away, so errands don’t cost you all morning, while Boheme also features gated access, CCTV, and parking for three, keeping logistics in the background where they belong.
