Outdoors

Outdoors, the villa is wrapped in landscaped gardens and Mediterranean planting that softens the architecture and adds shade where you want it. The private pool sits at the center of the setting (pool heating on request, with an extra charge), with loungers for sun hours and quieter corners for reading or a late-afternoon drink. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ make alfresco meals the natural rhythm here—easy lunches after a swim, or longer dinners as the light drops over the bay. Parking is available on-site for two cars, keeping day trips and arrivals easy.

Indoors

Inside, Shoreleaf feels bright and composed, with a large open-plan lounge and dining area that stays connected to the pool terrace and views beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with the dining area for relaxed meals at home. The villa offers four en-suite bedrooms: three guest bedrooms on the main level, including a family-friendly room with a double bed and bunk bed, plus the master suite upstairs. The upper bedroom opens to a private balcony with a jacuzzi to one side and a sun deck with loungers to the other—an easy spot to start the day quietly or wind down at sunset.
