Serenida is a 2-level modern Greek luxury villa on the Ionian island of Zakynthos that can accommodate up to 12 guests in timeless elegance. The villa estate is on the southeast coast, overlooking Marathonisi island, and offers unobstructed sea views. Outdoors

Built on a hillside forest of pine and fir trees in a vast estate of private land, Serenida sits grandly amid the natural landscape. The pool deck is filled with sumptuous beds and loungers for relaxing, and the glass front to the pool deck offers full panoramic sea views. The extensive grounds are perfect for hosting a reunion party or a wedding and there is also a private chapel for the ceremony. There is also a large alfresco dining area with outdoor BBQ, so a private chef can prepare you a sunset dinner as you watch the lights sparkling across the water of Laganas Gulf.

Indoors

Serenida is a luxury modern Greek vacation villa with wooden flooring throughout the 2 levels of the property. The ground level features a tasteful, bright living room and dining area, along with a guest twin bedroom and bathroom. For your work emails, there is a home office space while for your breakfast there is a luminous modern kitchen with a local granite floor. On the upper level are 5 double bedrooms, 3 of them with jacuzzi bathrooms as well as a playroom with a multi-gym, bike, and ping pong table. Every bedroom opens onto large verandas all of which have views of Laganas Bay and the Ionian Sea.

Good to know

Marathonisi islet also called Turtle island is part of a is a protected marine park and a special sea turtle called Caretta Caretta breeds there. Take an organized tour from Laganas Beach so you can be sure to stay in the 5km designated area of Marathonisi so as not to harm the reproduction of this endangered species. Then go on by boat round to the sea caves where you can snorkel and swim in the crystal waters. Ask our concierge for a private yacht charter to take you there and have Greek mezze and wine on board.
