Outdoors

The exterior of this 2-level villa faces directly out to the Aegean Sea and the surrounding coastline, offering panoramic sea views and the outline of Mykonos island on the horizon. Built using local stone and wood, and featuring trees and shrubs that provide natural shade, it is the ideal place for summer alfresco relaxing. On the upper level, is a large wrap-around balcony with an alfresco lounge area, BBQ, a dining table, and chairs. Down the steps is the private swimming pool and patio, with deck chairs, sun loungers, and comfortable day beds with pergola shades.

Indoors

On the entrance level of Nutmeg is a bright, airy living space with large windows and doors onto the balcony outside. There is a comfy lounge area with sofas and coffee table, a dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all with wonderful sea views. Downstairs on the pool level are 4 comfortable bedrooms, with top quality mattresses and bedding, bright and light with large windows and decorated in tasteful neutral tones.

Agios Fokas beach close to Nutmeg is a quiet sandy beach with crystal-clear, shallow water, and further along the coast near the villa are more pristine beaches to explore. Plus, if you want to bring more friends and family to Tinos, there is a separate, private villa next door for them with 3 more double bedrooms and its own private pool.
