The Concept: Luxury for two

Luxury villa Solaris is a boutique one-bedroom villa set on a gated estate of 6000 sqm on the east coast of Santorini. Solaris is for guests who want to experience genuine Greek hospitality in a stylish designer property.  The villa is located in Vourvoulos, only 500 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the morning sunrise on your terrace by the pool and then head out for a day at the beach.

Outdoor

The terrace features a private plunge pool, edged by sun loungers that warm gently through the day. An open-air dining table sits under shade for slow breakfasts, late lunches, and glass-in-hand sunrises. Planting is simple—lawn, local shrubs, and a few trees that throw moving shadows—so the Aegean stays front. Paved paths keep everything barefoot-friendly, and a sheltered corner near the pool becomes the natural place to unwind after the beach.

Indoors

Walking in from the patio through double doors to a bright, pared-back living area with a kitchenette set up for easy cooking and casual meals. Materials are tactile rather than glossy—soft fabrics, white-washed walls, light woods—so the rooms feel cool and restful even on warm afternoons. Up a few steps, the bedroom holds a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, A/C, and an en-suite. In the lounge, two built-in sofa beds can host additional guests or children when needed.

Good to know

Fira is less than 5 km and Oia about 11 km, so you can dip into the island’s headline villages and be back in Vourvoulos before the crowds. Daily breakfast and housekeeping are included, while frequent linen and towel changes and pool care are handled quietly in the background.
