Arctic Wind is a 1-bedroom luxury villa in Santorini, set within a gated estate of 6,000 sqm and only a short walk from Vourvoulos Beach. It is ideal for a couple or a small family, offering an easy summer rhythm where mornings begin on the terrace by the pool and the beach is close enough to reach without spending much time in the car.

Outdoors

The villa is entered through its private terrace, and the outdoor area feels intimate, well kept, and inviting. There is a built-in stone BBQ for alfresco meals, a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, and sun loungers placed for long hours in the sun. The plunge pool sits at the front of the property, looking out toward the blue of the Aegean. A grassy stretch softens the terrace, while a beautiful tree and wooden pergola provide natural shade through the day.

Indoors

Large glass doors open into a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting space with SAT flat-screen TV and sound system. The built-in island-style sofas add character to the room and can also be used as extra beds for children or for an afternoon rest. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, while robes, slippers, and luxury bath amenities add an extra layer of comfort.
