Summary rating
This is an absolutely stunning villa
This Aria villa captures the essence of Santorini perfectly. The view of the caldera in Santorini is arguably the most beautiful on the planet. The villas is located in a perfect area just a short walk north of the main town of Thira. The open, unobstructed view from the private terrace, and private infinity pool is simply breathtaking. I found myself transfixed at times when sitting out on the terrace. You have to see it to really appreciate it. The inside of the villa is simple yet very luxurious. It is clear that a lot of thought went int every detail of the design and construction. Its a new property yet it has character and soul that makes it feel like its been there for thousands of years. Like the other reviews I was mildly skeptical that property would be as beautiful as the photos make it appear. Well, I was right...its not as beautiful as the photos..ITS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PHOTOS. It is a singular property. A wonderful experience. In add-on, not only is the property magnificent, the staff at Bluevillas were noting short of amazing. We were warmly greeted at the airport by Amanda, their head concierge. Prior to our arrival Amanda assisted us with anything and everything we needed such as dinner reservations, site seeing, and our airport/ferry transfers to and from the villa which helped make our relaxing and hassle free. Upon our arrival at the villa, Amanda introduced us to the villa manager Eleftheria who was very warm and available to us for whatever we needed 24/7. Thank you to both Amanda and Eleftheria for helping make our holiday in Greece unforgettable.

It really is as good as it looks in the photos.
"Quick bit of background - happened across a photo of one of these villas in a promoted content piece on the internet (twitter? apple news? don't recall). My wife immediately decided that's where she wanted to go. Looking at the website and other photos the place just looked too good to be true - almost like a CGI rendering! So, I was a little concerned there'd be a catch... I spoke to the owner Vassilis and was greatly reassured. He's clearly very (rightly) proud of the place and committed to giving the best possible experience to his guests.
So, now we've spent a beautiful week in the villa. It's pretty much perfect. The design, fixtures and furnishings are suitably high end, the bed is very comfortable. In our experience the air conditioning and wifi both worked perfectly.
The villa had truly stunning panoramic views from both the pool terrace and bedroom balcony but yes there's a bit of a breeze when it's windy (nothing to worry about). The villas lower down I guess will trade some of the view for less of a breeze so your choice!
All the villas are beautiful so you can't really go wrong whichever one (or more) you choose. The development is very well looked after and landscaped well, and planted with fragrant, well chosen and attractive plants.
We made some use of the on-site dining available from Andrea, who created some really superb Cretan food for us (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). You can dine in your villa or at the equally lovely reception area.
If you want to head out, there are some lovely sandy beaches nearby and we found the town of Kissamos to be an enjoyable and easy place to spend some time and full of very friendly and welcoming local people. This part of Crete is still much as I remembered from my childhood.
I would struggle to find anything at all negative but there were a couple of things that might be still improved...
When we arrived we were greeted by Andrea and Eleni (who is the charming lady who manages the place) with a cold beer and some canapés which was lovely and very welcome. But there was also quite a long presentation of all the possible tavernas we might visit, boat trips, excursions etc which was a bit much when we'd only just arrived and really just wanted to drop our bags and relax. Perhaps a better approach would be to leave some information and invite guests to ask for more information on those things if they want it?
That's literally the only negative I can think of. The place is perfect. Book it."

Just perfect
"We just spent 4 amazing days in the villas. The villas are all very private and surrounded by beautifully planted terraces and gardens. The highlights are definitely the infinity pool and the stunning views on the bay of Kissamos. Nearby you can find small supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches. We stayed in the villa which is situated at the highest point of the facilities. Hence it's a bit more exposed and windy than the other villas but the view from the terrace, bed-room and living room is just breath taking.
Thanks again to Vissalis and Eleni for their hospitality and helpful recommendations and for making our stay exceptional."
