The Concept: Hilltop retreat
Aesop is a unique hillside Paros villa in Agios Arsenios with 360° Aegean views spanning more than ten Cycladic islands. Set in its own private grounds, the villa is not overlooked; it reads as a secluded haven for up to 11 guests, highlighted by a vast semi-circular infinity swimming pool. Just about 5 kilometers from Parikia and a short drive from Agia Irini Beach, Aesop balances privacy with quick island outings.
Outdoors
A dome-shaped pergola houses a cozy dining table with excellent acoustics, while the front garden features a traditional baking oven for alfresco meals. The main terrace is framed by the infinity pool with an attached plunge area, fed by a gently trickling water feature. Every detail gives an extra touch to the beautifully landscaped areas, mixing indigenous plants with multiple nooks for relaxed afternoons.
Indoors
Light-playing architectural lines and large glass doors lead into a round living area with full sea and pool views, plenty of sofas, lounge seating, and an open-plan, raised dining space next to the kitchen. Off this room, you’ll find bright, airy bedrooms with cool fabrics and sea or garden views. A dedicated spa area with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and cold-water facilities complements the rest of the villa’s interior.
Good to know
Aesop’s gated grounds, children’s play area, and boule game pitch make family time easy, while daily housekeeping, linen/towel changes, and pool care keep the rhythm simple. When you’re out and about, Saint Arsenios and the Valley of the Butterflies are nearby for short walks, and Agia Irini Beach is within easy reach. Chef services and transfers can be arranged upon request, if you’d like everything handled.
