Designed with openness in mind, the villa flows easily from room to room. The bedrooms — five in total — all offer comfort and privacy. A gym, sauna, and massage area round out the wellness side, while the main living area leads directly to the pool. The palette stays natural. Kynthia is arranged over two levels: the pool level includes two bedrooms, the lounge, and kitchen, while the lower level houses three more bedrooms and a dedicated wellness zone.

Good to know

Psarou Beach is just down the road — you can walk there in a few minutes, towel in hand. Nammos is even closer. And if you’re arriving by plane, the airport is just a ten-minute drive away. Kynthia includes butler service, daily breakfast, and complimentary sunbeds at Nammos, along with a pet-friendly policy. Mykonos Town, Scorpios, and Super Paradise are also nearby — close enough for spontaneous plans, far enough for uninterrupted rest.
