Frida has security entrance gates with a private parking area and is ideal for groups who want to enjoy the vibrancy of Mykonos from the tranquility of a secure luxury villa.

Exterior Design

This harmonious 2-level property has a large exterior space that is designed for maximum outdoor enjoyment and relaxation. The villa is nestled on a flat rocky terrace facing out to sea and the use of local materials mirrors the natural landscape. The shaded and wind-protected area around the house has sofa, comfy armchairs, and a coffee table - welcome to your outdoor lounge with full sea views! To one side of the terrace, built into the rock, is a pergola with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and dining space for 12 guests. By your private swimming pool with amazing sea views are luxury sun loungers and a separate jacuzzi tub with wooden decking. There is another furnished private panoramic sea view terrace on the upper-level master suite and another private terrace outside one of the ground-level independent guest suites.

Interior Design

Inside Frida is cool-white designer chic, with unique furniture and decor, the villa is stylish and modern throughout. The open-plan living room has large window doors onto the pool terrace, and there is modern fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area for up to 6 guests. The window doors from the inside lounge area open completely onto the shaded outside lounge, creating a perfectly blended indoor-outdoor summer living space. On the ground level are 2 double bedrooms and 2 independent entrance guest studios, as well as the steam room, and on the upper level is the master bedroom with private sea view terrace. All the bedrooms have A/C, ensuite bathrooms, and Smart TV, and the 2 guest bedroom studios each have their own kitchen. The villa is serviced by permanent housekeeping staff whose independent entrance lodgings are in the semi-basement level. This villa really does have everything you need for a totally exclusive Mykonos vacation.

Good to know

Super Paradise beach is a little way up the coast from Paradise Beach. This smaller cosmopolitan ‘everyone-friendly’ beach has golden sand and crystal-clear water and is slightly less organized than its neighbor Paradise Beach, though on both Paradise beaches you can enjoy summer fun from dawn till dawn!
