Outdoors

The outdoor area at this luxury Crete villa is all about sea views and open air. A private heated swimming pool with an attached plunge pool is framed by sun loungers and umbrellas, so you can move between shade and sun throughout the day. A shaded dining area under the pergola, a BBQ, and two lounge areas – one with an outdoor fireplace – invite long, unhurried meals and evenings outside. A lawned garden and private parking complete the family-friendly setting.

Indoors

Built in local stone with natural materials and earthy tones, Renata feels modern yet warm. On the ground level, an open-plan space brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, and a comfortable living room with TV and sound system, all opening to the pool terrace through large French doors. One bedroom sits on this level with direct access outdoors, while two further bedrooms upstairs feature ensuite bathrooms and balconies with sea views, so each guest has their own quiet corner.

For guests travelling with children, Renata is particularly comfortable. Baby equipment is provided, and the lawned garden gives younger guests space to move around outdoors. The closest beach is sandy with shallow waters, making swimming more manageable for families, and the villa provides beach umbrellas and chairs to keep time by the sea uncomplicated. Falasarna’s small center, with its tavernas, cafés, and small shops, is nearby, and groups can extend their stay across a neighboring villa if more bedrooms are needed.
