Ivy is an idyllic, luxury Crete villa for 6 guests, located on the west coast of the island. On a secluded area yet less than a mile away from the gorgeous Falasarna beach and vibrant town, this is a dream villa for those who cherish privacy as much as authentic local living. Built with natural materials, Ivy offers a truly magnificent Mediterranean setting with panoramic sea views and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, offering the perfect retreat for a relaxing, deluxe family vacation.
Outdoors
From the private entrance, the patio opens to wide sea views and generous alfresco living areas. A pergola-shaded dining space with a BBQ stands on the right side, ready to host a delicious dinner for 6, while the private pool stretches out to the horizon. Sun loungers, sofas, and sunbeds are scattered around the patio, creating three separate lounge areas, including one with an outdoor fireplace. Everything is curated in such a way that everyone has a comfortable corner to read, talk, or watch the sunset.
Indoors
Inside, this luxury Crete villa has a modern, minimal aesthetic. The main entrance leads to a bright open-plan living room where you can relax on the sofa, gazing at the ever-present sea view through the large French doors. A gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 is next to the ground-level bedroom, which enjoys views and direct access to an outdoor lounge. Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms open onto a balcony, so each guest has their own private outlook over the coast.

Ivy is well-suited to families with children, with baby equipment available on request and a garden with lawn around the terrace for safe play. Nearby, you’ll find beaches with shallow, clear waters and long stretches of sand, and the villa provides beach umbrellas and chairs to make days by the sea even more comfortable. Its location close to the small town means easy access to tavernas, cafés, and everyday essentials, or you can just arrange in-villa services such as a private chef through our concierge for quiet evenings at home.
