The concept: Simply in Antiparos

With its clear lines, open outlook, and easy connection to the coastline, Villa Abyss captures a more relaxed side of Antiparos. The villa hosts up to six guests across three bedrooms, with two on the ground floor and a master suite above, creating a layout that is compact in size but well balanced in the way it lives. There is a simplicity to the architecture that suits the setting well, with white volumes, stone details, and broad openings allowing the island light and the wider landscape to shape much of the atmosphere from the start.

Outdoors

Much of life at Abyss unfolds around the main terrace, where the pool, dining area, and lounge spaces are all positioned to make the most of the view. The pergola-covered dining corner brings shade to long lunches and slower dinners, while the sun loungers and built-in seating keep the atmosphere relaxed. There is a clear sense of openness throughout, with the landscape stretching out and the sea remaining in sight from nearly every angle. The BBQ and sound system make the exterior just as suited to quiet days at home as to more social evenings outdoors.

Indoors

Inside, Abyss is bright, cozy, and deliberately understated. The main living area combines kitchen, dining, and living room in one open space, giving the villa a more social character, while the bedrooms remain clearly separated for privacy. White walls and clean lines establish the contemporary tone, but woven textures, warmer accents, and softer furnishings keep the interiors from becoming too stark. The ground floor holds two of the bedrooms, while the master upstairs feels more private and slightly removed.

Good to know

The villa’s position makes it easy to enjoy one of the more relaxed sides of Antiparos, with an unorganized sandy beach less than 1 kilometer away and other beach spots also accessible by car. Soros and Antiparos Town remain within comfortable driving distance for evening plans or supplies, while back at the villa, practical details are kept simple, with parking for two cars and pet-friendly stays possible on request. Altogether, it is a house centered on simplicity, comfort, and the setting itself.
