Only 2.8km from Golden Beach and 17.8km to the famous village of Naoussa, Pearl is the perfect place to unwind in total privacy before you head out where the heart of the island beats.

Outdoors

Set on a slope facing out to sea, the villa is set on 3 different levels with majestic views. As you arrive through the wooden gate and are greeted with plants and trees, you come onto the stunning pool terrace that was designed to give panoramic views of the sea and the islands, but also for total relaxation and pleasure. Sink into a hammock with a book, dive into the free-shaped pool and enjoy an alfresco dinner under the shady pergola as the sun sets. This is what dreams are made of!

Interior Design

Pearl has a stylish interior with subtle white and blue tones - the perfect match for the blue canvas outside. The living room with comfy sofas and the open fireplace has beautiful art pieces and furnishings that create a warm and welcoming ambience. Two bedrooms in the main house, a stone studio and an independent guesthouse offer a total of 3 comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom and ultimate privacy among guests. Pearl can sleep 6 guests and is ideal for families or a group of friends, a real home away from home. If you’re eager to bring more guests, there’s also a double sofa bed.

Good to know

In this relaxed corner of Paros, you can unwind in your privacy or explore to your heart’s wish. Not far from the villa, you’ll find the famous Golden Beach, a stretch of long white sand with trees for shade, one of the most loved beaches in Greece. The lovely fishing village of Naoussa is not far from the villa; hip bars, pretty little shops and a row of taverns and restaurants serving local seafood.
