What you need:
• 200g feta cheese
• 1 egg
• 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• plain flour (enough to coat the feta)
• 50g sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons of Greek raw honey
Use a slice of feta cheese, about 1cm thick. Beat the egg in a bowl, brush the feta cheese with it, then slightly cover with the flour. Add some more of the egg and then roll in the sesame seeds. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the feta cheese on each side until golden. Remove from the frying pan, drizzle with honey, and serve warm. Enjoy!
